This practical, hands‑on course provides participants with the essential skills to respond confidently to medical emergencies and common workplace injuries. Training is aligned with ANZCOR Basic Life Support guidelines and the WorkSafe NZ requirements for workplace first aid, ensuring your team can recognise emergencies, act quickly, and provide effective first aid until professional help arrives.
Resuscitation for Vaccinators
Duration – 3 hours Cost – $199 ex GST
This course provides nurse vaccinators, pharmacist vaccinators, and other authorised vaccinators with the essential resuscitation knowledge and practical skills required to respond effectively to medical emergencies in vaccination, community, and healthcare settings.
The course is aligned with the New Zealand Immunisation Handbook and reflects nationally recognised vaccinator resuscitation content delivered by the Immunisation Advisory Centre (IMAC). It includes Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR, AED use, choking management, and anaphylaxis response, supporting compliance with vaccinator authorisation and renewal requirements for both nursing and pharmacy professionals.
Resuscitation for Dental Professionals
Duration – 3 hours Cost – $199 ex GST
This course provides dental practitioners and support staff with the essential resuscitation knowledge and practical skills required to respond effectively to medical emergencies in a dental setting. It is aligned with the Dental Council of New Zealand (DCNZ) Medical Emergencies Practice Standard and reflects nationally recognised resuscitation content, including CPR, AED use, choking management, anaphylaxis response, and oxygen therapy.
